The entertainment wasn't up to much and the layout of the entertainment areas wasn't that great. Food could be a bit luke warm but was fine. There was no air con in our room but at that time of year it wasn't essential - it would be a different story in the summer. We stayed in a room with 4 beds which was small but OK for what we needed. The hotel was on a busy road but they can't really do much about that.

For what we paid the hotel was good value - we stayed at the HTop Calella Palace last October and you could definitely see the difference in the two properties but it was fine. We booked through Love holidays and got all inclusive (flights and hotel) for 2 adults and 2 children for 770 pounds which was a bargain. We stayed at the Palm Beach at Easter 2018. Would I go back? Probably not Lloret has so many better hotels to offer

Also the whole handing a card in and getting a plastic beaker for you drinks all day took some getting used to, god help you if you misplaced your beaker!! To sum up though for what we’d paid, less than for four days in a Blackpool B&B, it was probably decent value for money. The two waiters on the all inclusive bar were the most miserable guys your ever likely to come across, they worked at two speeds slow and dead slow and loved to create a queue and had all the customer service skills of a concentration camp guard. You could after a bit of a struggle manage to find something to eat, I found it better to forgo lunch and just go to afternoon snacks. Now to the negatives the food with the exception of breakfast, who can ruin a breakfast after all, was dubious. The rooms are a decent size and cleaned daily so found them spotless and the reception staff are really helpful. First the positives it’s not to far from the beach and a ten minute walk from Lloret centre. First thing to remember is I didn’t pay a great deal, €166 for me and my partner for four days all inclusive !! It’s cheap and cheerful.
